All bonuses and promotions offered by vs96 are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions. Attempting to abuse bonus structures is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. vs96 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending age verification. Any funds held in an Account found to belong to an underage individual will be returned and the Account permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the vs96 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. vs96 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. Providing false information about your location during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
To create a vs96 Account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. vs96 may require documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
Each individual may maintain only one registered Account on the vs96 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. vs96 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close any duplicate Accounts and to void any bets or transactions associated with them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vs96 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. vs96 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
vs96 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where vs96 reasonably suspects: (a) a breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or unlawful activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) underage gambling; or (e) any conduct that vs96 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its players.
All Accounts are required to complete KYC verification before withdrawal of funds is permitted. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad or international passport. vs96 may request additional documentation including proof of payment method and proof of residential address. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
vs96 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX bank transfer (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank). All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of deposited funds.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification status. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your Account dashboard. vs96 targets same-session processing for verified accounts, though processing times may vary based on payment provider procedures beyond vs96's control.
All transactions on the vs96 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). vs96 does not charge currency conversion fees, as MYR is the sole operating currency of the Platform.
Account balances that remain dormant for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be subject to a monthly administration fee. vs96 will make reasonable attempts to notify the Account holder before any such fee is applied. Players are encouraged to maintain active accounts or formally close their Account and withdraw remaining balances.
All bets placed on the vs96 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question, as published within the Platform interface at the time of bet placement. In the event of any ambiguity between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.
vs96 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed in error, where a technical malfunction has affected the outcome, or where vs96 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in bad faith or in connection with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
For live sportsbook events, bets accepted after the commencement of an event may be subject to revised odds reflecting in-play conditions. vs96's decision on all betting disputes is final and binding.
All bonuses and promotional offers available on the vs96 Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game eligibility rules as published alongside each promotion. These promotional terms form part of and supplement these Terms & Conditions.
vs96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are not redeemable for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Suspected abuse of any bonus or promotional structure — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, coordinated bonus farming, or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential Account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vs96 Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, bets voided, and balances forfeited:
All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the vs96 Platform are owned by or licensed to vs96 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, copy, redistribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of vs96.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vs96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon; (c) any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain account security; or (d) any game outcome or betting result.
vs96 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may affect access. vs96 will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of scheduled downtime in advance.
vs96 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a vs96 Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to vs96's legal obligations to retain certain records.
vs96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the vs96 Platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which vs96 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between you and vs96 that cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitral institution designated by vs96. Nothing in this clause limits vs96's right to seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
